- Create your own People profile with your real name, date of birth and Illam.
- Add family members accurately — the mother's Illam decides the child's Illam.
- Involve parents or elders when discussing an alliance.
- Use a family contact number for matrimony if you prefer privacy.
- Verify details in person, and meet first in a public place or with family.
- Report fake or abusive profiles using the Report button.
- Respect a declined interest — move on graciously.
Don'ts
- Don't create profiles for others without their knowledge, or more than one for yourself.
- Don't hide or change your Illam — matching depends on it.
- Don't send money, gifts or OTPs to anyone you met online.
- Don't share anyone's photos, numbers or profile PDF outside the community without consent.
- Don't keep messaging someone who hasn't accepted or has declined.
- Don't discuss dowry — it is illegal and against our community values.
- Don't use the platform for advertising, politics or unrelated promotions.
